Many plants are endemic, growing only in our region.

Due to the special climatic conditions, soil composition, crystal-clear Baikal water and clean air, many plants have a pronounced healing properties. Plants carefully assembled by hand, and then pass the strict quality control, only then come into production.

Our task is to preserve the medicinal properties of plants and their flavor in the essential oil and hydrolates.

Essential oil

An essential oil is a concentrated hydrophobic liquid containing volatile aroma compounds from plants. Essential oils are also known as volatile oils, ethereal oils, aetherolea, or simply as the oil of the plant from which they were extracted, such as oil of clove. An oil is “essential” in the sense that it contains the “essence of” the plant’s fragrance—the characteristic fragrance of the plant from which it is derived. The term essential used here does not mean indispensable as with the terms essential amino acid or essential fatty acid which are so called since they are nutritionally required by a given living organism.

Herbal distillates

Herbal distillates, also known as floral waters, hydrosols, hydrolates, herbal waters, and essential waters, are aqueous products of distillation. They are colloidal suspensions (hydrosol) of essential oils as well as water-soluble components obtained by steam distillation or hydrodistillation (a variant of steam distillation) from plants/herbs. These herbal distillates have uses as flavorings, medicine and cosmetics (skin care).
